Poultry Feed Pellet Mill
The Poultry Feed Pellet Mill Features:
1.Drive with gear box with high efficiency;
2.Extended stainless steel conditioner with long conditioning and
cooking time;
3.The bearings and oil seal at the main drive are imported,
lubrication of bearing assured by reliable oil return;
4.We can equip the machine with ordinary modulator, thermal
insulation case modulator or double-shaft differential modulator
according to client’s requirement.
Poultry Feed Pellet Mill Application:
Our feed pellet machine can produce variety kind of feed pellets
such as chicken feed, duck feed, cattle feed,sheep feed, pig feed
and so on.
Application Raw Materials:
1) Cereals:soybean, soybean meal , maize,corn, corn flour ,
grain,sorghum,wheat flour etc;
2) Coarse fiber: crop stalks (corn stalk, sorghum stalk, cotton
stalk, rape stalk, peanut seedling, sunflower stalk), chaff, grass,
grass meal, alfalfa, wheat bran, rice husk, grass, groundnut shell,
cotton seed shell etc;
3) Additives: molasses, vegetable oil, Amino acid, bone meal,
vitamin,etc;
Generally, the raw materials for ring die pellet making machine are
cereals(100%) or cereals(60-80%) and coarse fiber(20-40%).
