The Feed grinder machine mainly apply to feed factory, to grinder raw materials like maize,wheat to powder.

How the machine working

Materials feeding from the top of hopper through feeder, by feeding guide mechanism,material from the left or right into the grinding chamber, materials gradually crushed under the high-speed rotation of the hammer in beat and sieve plate friction, and discharge from outlet effect of the centrifugal force and air flow through the sieve.

What should i know when using the machine?
1. It should be did empty oeration before using,machine body should be steady,cross and overlap section without collision,without abnormal vibration,and discharging system working well.
2. Starting up motor reducer before using,feeding after the rotor rotary normally.
3. Adding additive ingredient after the materials have feeding half batch,spray grease after all materials have feeding into machine.After sparying grease ,it shoule be mixing a period of time ,then discharging.
4. Power off and not in use,grease adding pipe should without grease remainder,to avoid solidified oil block pipe.
5. It shall not be mixed with metal impurity in the material to avoid damage rotor and paddle.
6. The use of reduce motor,cylinder and auxiliary components shall comply with its instructions.
