Brief Description of feed pellet machine

Working Principle of feed pellet machine

After the quenched and tempered material passes through the feeding hopper, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the ring die and the effect of the two scraping blades are uniformly fed into the two pressing zones in the ring die, under the strong squeezing effect of the ring die and the roller. The material is gradually compacted and squeezed into the die hole of the ring and formed in the die hole. Since the material is continuously pressed between the ring die and the roller, the formed material is continuously presented from the die hole. Column discharge, then cut into the desired length of particles by the cutter, enter the next process (cooler, Crumbler).
